Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki fosters a sense of deep relaxation and helps reduce stress. This type of energy work can aid physical, mental, and emotional healing by helping balance and align the body and spiritual self. Distance Reiki is also available.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a clothed, non-invasive therapy that can assist in relaxation, ease tension, and improve circulation. Reflex points on the hands and feet that correspond to major organs and systems within the body are accessed during the session, making it an effective and comfortable experience for anyone. A 30 minute Reflexology session can be added on to another service for $60.

This half hour session is a great way to optimize energetic flow through the body, clear auric intrusions, and align your energy centers.
